Locally manufactured from 100% recyclable aluminium with no corrosive components aluminium shutters are durable, require very little maintenance, are easy to clean and ideal for harsh coastal conditions.

They are stylish and offer a great deal of flexibility without compromising the aesthetic appeal of your home. Developed with clean lines, they look elegant, smart and will complement the most sophisticated décor.

Common Features:

• Solid and robust construction, panels are 35mm thick.

• Elliptical louvres with no sharp edges providing clean lines that are aesthetically pleasing

• Different frames options available, depending on the application.

• A unique framing systems where the 8mm securing bolts are concealed with a non-removable cover strip.

• Robust Viro Locks are fitted to the panels that drive 10mm locking rods both up and down into the frame.

• Available in different configurations, hinged, bi-fold, folding & sliding

• Six standard colours from the Interpon 600 range (Signal White, Light Grey, Stone Grey, Bronze, Charcoal and Black)

• Other nonstandard colours are available on request at an additional cost.

• A hidden control rod linking the louvres provides a simple mechanism that is trouble free and does not obscure the view.

Window Shutters

The stylish look and durability of aluminium adjustable louvre shutters make them the perfect choice for dressing windows in harsher environments. Manufactured exclusively from non-corrosive components they are ideal for use in corrosive environments and wet areas, for example, bathrooms, showers, outdoor showers, beachfront cottages and apartments, etc.

Two standard frame options, Z Frame and L Frame, depending on the application
Bespoke architraves, window liners, etc to match existing windows
90mm elliptical louvres which can be tilted up or down for light control
The louvres can be split into a top and bottom section for independent operation
The nylon end caps are colour coded to match the powder coat colour
Industry standard aluminium hinges colour matched to the shutters are used on all panels

Door Shutters

Hinged and bi-folding panels are ideal for single and double doors. Different configurations are possible depending on the application; hinged left and right or bi-folding to the left or to the right. Typical applications would be patio doors, bathroom doors, room dividers, etc
For larger openings folding and stacking shutters are more suitable. The shutters can be configured to fold and stack to the left or right of the opening or to be split with half folding left and half right, depending on the application.
