However, if we need to travel some distance or if we are required to make multiple trips to site to gather information then we will request reimbursement for the costs incurred.

Yes, if you provide us with approximate dimensions and a few photos on WhatsApp then we will prepare a price estimate for your consideration. If you would then like to proceed, we will arrange a trip to site to take final measurements for manufacture.

Our factory is in Glen Anil, north of Durban. If you would like to see samples or our products in production, we would be happy to set up and appointment for you to come and visit the factory.

On acceptance of the quote the signed quote should be returned to use together with confirmation of the 60% deposit - your order will then be put into production. On completion of manufacture and prior to delivery to site a further 30% payment is required. Once we have completed the installation and the installation is signed off the final 10% payment will be required. Note that our products are custom made to your exact requirements and our payment terms are there to protect both parties.

Our lead time is typically 4 to 6 weeks from the date of final measure and is dependant on factory loading and availability of material. Every effort is made to carry sufficient stock of all components and to scale up factory resources as required.
